Black curly hair on one of the cookies upon delivery. I contacted the store directly to let them know, followed their instructions of emailing in photos, and received no response or attempt to make it right. As someone who’s worked in a bakery, I know stuff happens, but the lack of customer service is upsetting on top of health safety protocols not being followed.

These cookies are always fresh, big in size, and tasty. We have not had a bad experience yet. They have not been sold out of flavors & the toppings are always placed properly. Highly recommend!
