Shane in the service area was very polite and has amazing customer service.
They replaced the carpet on my vehicle for a reasonable price. No hemming and having. Nobody in Fort Wayne wanted to do it cuz its "a lot of work," but they did it no nonsense so. 10/10 in my book.
