Service Department - My wife and I took our vehicle in Wednesday night so it could be worked on Thursday. Crumback called, Thursday before noon, and gave me a price for the repair and I granted them permission to work on the vehicle. I asked if I should pick up the vehicle, so they could order parts and then call me when the parts arrive and the service tech said they will order them now and fix the car on Friday. Brought a vehicle in for a recall repair. Told it would be about an hour but I was out of there in 20mins.
Buyers beware. Vehicles are sprayed with rust preventer to cover the under carriage of auction vehicles that no one else wanted. The prices are high, and there is far better values down the road.
