Mother's Day brunch was crazy busy, but Seth was incredibly professional and on top of things. Wait time was pushing 20+ minutes, but Seth stayed courteous and helpful to everyone. He made sure people got on the wait list, offered drip coffee while they waited, kept track of customers ordering bread or pastries while they waited -- even though they were wandering and mingling. I've worked in customer service and know how hard it can be to stay calm in chaos. Seth kept his cool beautifully. Way to go!
