I have been a patient for several years and thankfully never had a problem. I really like Dr Bonnet. Today, however, I am having a problem that appears to be a possible melanoma and I was told that I can’t be seen for 6 months. It would just take a second to look and allay my fears but they would not take me earlier for what I consider an emergency.
This 5-Star review is for Jamie Restivo! I almost don’t want to write this review because I want to keep her to myself haha! She has excellent bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. My skin has improved tremendously under her care. I strongly recommend her. Thanks, Jamie!
Most of the staff and practitioners were terse and cold- I did not feel adequately treated or cared for here. The main practitioner I saw would not prescribe me treatment for my then-severe acne unless I was on birth control. I calmly explained to her that I did not want to take birth control, and that I practiced sexual abstinence according to my religious beliefs, which would eliminate the immediate risk of pursuing treatment.
