Uh not bad
I am astounded that this company stays in business: never answer the phone, never return voicemail messages, and they send demand letters for payments on invoices you've already paid!! I'm over trying to work with these incompetents and plan on canceling our policies with them. Save yourself the inconvenience and frustration by NOT buying insurance from this company. If your insurance agent recommends them, do not follow their lead. You will spend all your time (in vain) trying to get anywhere with their ineptness.
Terrible customer service.
Definitely avoid Crum & Forster. When you wanna pay, they pick up the phone. Other than payment, their customer service either hung up on you or into voicemail. If I want to leave a message, why do I even bother to call?
