After consulting with other equine professionals, including veterinarians, and researching a variety of reputable sources, I believe my horse was not given an accurate diagnosis during a pre-purchase exam given by this veterinary practice. I have not found any support in peer-reviewed journals or from other equine professionals for the sole method your veterinarian used to exam my horse’s way of travel.
Used Crum Equine for a PPE on a horse located in the Lancaster OH area. Friendly office staff made working out the logistics and administrative matters easy. Dr. Wood is a professional highly-skilled in equine medicine. She served as the exact buyer advocate I needed so emotions wouldn't run the purchase. I recommend this practice to anyone requiring an equine veterinarian in the area.
