I ordered soup and a mocha at the drive thru. The hot mocha I ordered was lukewarm at best and there was no spoon for the soup. Clearly they weren’t paying attention to my order. I will not be back. There are plenty of other coffee drive throughs who get your order correct.
I’m a big fan of Cruisin Coffee, but my visit today was unusually uncomfortable. When I pulled up, the first staff member (shorter hair/pigtails) stared me down with a very unfriendly demeanor. She seemed focused on my security uniform, which created an immediate sense of mistreatment before I even ordered. The confusion continued at the window. Loved it here till I got a free drink. Because everywhere else you get a free drink they can do any size any drink for the free drink. But here its "policy" they cant do anything blended above a 16oz for the free drink amd a 24 Oz hot. With how many points it takes to get the free drink I find this ridiculous. It's like 12 or 15 points for a free drink just to get a 16oz? Might not be back here again
