$15 for two 16oz drinks? Ridiculous. For that price, there should be no tip prompt and the owner should still be able to pay the workers $20+ an hour, not minimum wage. If you like their drinks, though, get the Costco gift card that costs $40 for a $50 gift card.
I ordered soup and a mocha at the drive thru. The hot mocha I ordered was lukewarm at best and there was no spoon for the soup. Clearly they weren’t paying attention to my order. I will not be back. There are plenty of other coffee drive throughs who get your order correct.
I’m a big fan of Cruisin Coffee, but my visit today was unusually uncomfortable. When I pulled up, the first staff member (shorter hair/pigtails) stared me down with a very unfriendly demeanor. She seemed focused on my security uniform, which created an immediate sense of mistreatment before I even ordered. The confusion continued at the window.
