After owning my Rock Tamers for 5 years I needed replacement parts for stripped bolts and stripped threads on my HUB aaaembly. After sending photos and speaking to customer service they sent out a new hub assembly and set screws under a warranty price of FREE!!! You simply cannot beat the function and built of the Rock Tamer mud flap system but more importantly you cannot beat the incredible customer service that stands behind their product. Outstanding!!!
I purchased a patriotic license plate approximately 2 years ago from Cruiser Accessories. After a lengthy trip, I was disappointed to find my beautiful, high impact, virtually indestructible, lifetime guaranteed plate broken and half missing from the frame! I took it back to the place I had purchased it, and, after reading the small print, was informed that I had to call for a replacement, as it was not a store warranty guarantee. I guess I misunderstood when a friend of mine suggested to buy a license plate frame from these folks. I purchased the American flag frame and everything went well until I noticed that these are made in China. I tried to start the return process but by then it had been well past 30 days. Customer service would not let me return this which really sucks. cant recommend purchasing from this company.
