I contacted them about a warranty claim. Kristin handled it and asked for a little additional information and by the end of the day I received an email saying everything was good and they were going to send out a replacement. Great customer service which is not easy to find lately!

Best customer service I’ve ever gotten. Have had my rock tamers for years and the led lights on them. My cord got busted and they sent me a new cord in the same day at no cost to me. Ordered a new set of rock tamers for my 2nd pickup due to that. Fast and friendly and want your business.
