So the previous owner of the business has now retired. I brought my vehicle in for a/c service and was asked to pay a $160 diagnostic fee before they would even look at it. The previous owner (Hans) never charged this fee nor did many other shops I've dealt with in the past. Cruise Transmission quoted me approximately $2,500 to repair my a/c.
