I did try to leave feedback requested through the website but even that wasn’t working. I was excited about planning this trip at first and the agent was extremely responsive in the beginning but consistent communication as discussed in the beginning of the planning experience would have been helpful and kept people more engaged with going on the trip. Danielle was not only a cruise planner for me she quickly became a friend and confidant. I shared all my thoughts and concerns and she quickly accommodated with words and actions. She was available for all my calls (even the no brainers) with solutions and suggestions. She was my teacher and guide on this most wonderful journey to Alaska. I applaud her patience and kindness throughout my fulfillment of a childhood dream. Thank you Danielle- we’ll be working together again soon💜
