My son and I took a long talked about trip to Japan. Danielle helped us with the picking of hotels and our air. She listened to all the things I was looking for and she found exactly what we wanted Our stay in Japan was an absolute dream and such a wonderful experience. She gave us great advise and even researched areas of interest to visit. Our hotel in Tokyo was a 10-minute walk to Tokyo station which is where all trains come and leave from. I did try to leave feedback requested through the website but even that wasn’t working. I was excited about planning this trip at first and the agent was extremely responsive in the beginning but consistent communication as discussed in the beginning of the planning experience would have been helpful and kept people more engaged with going on the trip. Danielle was not only a cruise planner for me she quickly became a friend and confidant. I shared all my thoughts and concerns and she quickly accommodated with words and actions. She was available for all my calls (even the no brainers) with solutions and suggestions. She was my teacher and guide on this most wonderful journey to Alaska.
