My husband and I have used Cruise Planners for a few trips and each time the experience has been seamless. Richard is extremely helpful with the process from beginning to end and after. We had an issue with our last trip and missed a few days due to flight issues, and he helped me with the process of submitting a claim and followed up to make sure it had been processed. I highly recommend travel insurance when going on an extended trip because you never know what happens.

My mom booked my sister’s birthday celebration on the Amalfi Coast with the understanding, clearly explained and confirmed multiple times by our travel agent, Trinity, that this would be a private driver and private tour. Instead, we were placed on a crowded bus tour with over 50 strangers. This was disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a special birthday experience.
