The manager and his crew at Cruise were helpful and really professional in helping us move our home.
I had a horrible experience with Cruise movers, Rob was 1.5 hrs late and he knew I was on a time line. He was very careless with my furniture and even broke on of my dressers. If I wouldn’t have shrink wrapped my stuff I am sure more things would have been damaged. He said he would give me a discount for being late but still charged me the same amount. I said I wouldn’t be paying for his travel time either. We had to pack things in our own truck, a friends truck and three SUV’s just so I wouldn’t get a penalty by the realtor... read more
