We booked a cruise through them and we have had nothing but trouble, they kept messing up the names and birthdays on the reservations- it took 4 phone calls to finalize it. At this point it was too late to back out (money was already paid). I tried to upgrade to a balcony suite for a week. They promised it would be done and each day I check and it isn’t done. 6 more calls and they tell me to give it 24 more hours each time. The worst service ever. Derek from The membership team not only doesn’t know anything about the place he works at but is extremely rude, uneducated and no help at all. He gave me unnecessary attitude and hung up the phone on me. The lack of professionalism and phone etiquette is out the window. The man doesn’t know where he’s standing. I’m surprised he knows the name of the company he works at.
