Lisa VanSalisbury of Cruise Elite was our specialist for our family trip to Las Vegas, NV this August and she was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and had amazing recommendations. My family was impressed and had a great time on the Grand Canyon day trip she planned as well as the dinner and restaurant she picked. Not very responsive after the booking. Called and left msg's about state room number and never returned the calls, Had to contact RCL to find out.
