We made reservation the 30 feet long cruise America RV on 11/10 for a trip from 11/27 - 12/1, and the service is rude and horrible. Will not recommend to anyone. 1. They tried to put the customers in danger and completely ignored the basic safety. Right before picking up the RV, Dave from the office called us telling us our RV is not available at last minute and tried to offer us a RV with Cracked window with 25% discount and claimed that there's no safety issue. I hate giving bad reviews, and in fact I don’t recall ever giving one. The good news first. Our 30-foot RV was clean and spacious for an RV. Nice having a shower and bedroom in the back. We liked having an RV for our family reunion in Texas. But we ended up having to pay $300 dollars extra when we turned the vehicle in, very unfairly, and in the midst of shockingly argumentative attitudes of the employees there. Will definitely be coming back here soon. Dave was so thorough and thoughtful the whole way through. He explained everything about the RV and made sure I understood all that was needed!
Dave was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and everything was clean and worked well. Very pleased, had an awesome trip.
Dave was the point man that we purchased the rental RV from. Dave was able to help us with all aspects of rental and care of the RV. We had personal issues and were able to work with Dave and his fellow employees on returning the RV.
