Michael is a legend, his boss need to give him a big raise
Very underwhelmed by my rental experience. The RV that was rented to me smelled like an ash tray. The smell was embedded into the furniture and everything like it had been smoked in for an extended amount of time, because it did not go away after airing it out. Very unpleasant. Driving the vehicle was also unpleasant. It was very loud. It sounded like the living space was going to fall apart. Lots of squeaks and rattling. After some difficult days with the RV, we arrive to the Cruise America work station and found super nice people, willing to help and giving us an excellent customer service. Thank you Mr. Hameed and rest of the team.
Pick up and drop off was very smooth. I was given an overview of everything I needed to know and all my questions were answered. Great customer service.
If you're looking for a basic, used RV, without all the bells and whistles, for a great price, this is the place to go. Mark was so kind to show us the 2 different sizes and models, answered a bunch of questions for us then just let us spend time going back and forth between them to make a decision. Now we just need to make a decision!!
