DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. My fiance and I had a 3 week trip planned. When we got the rv it was OK not very clean but I'll clean it up myself. Then we see there is a trailer hitch lock after qe get home. Well we rented it specifically for our e bike rack because the plan was to go through eight states and bike all over. Rented from here, and where do we begin? The pickup time was for 1pm, confirmed 2 days prior. When we got there at 1255, we were asked if we could go do something else and kill about and hour of time. Because we drove 1.5 hours to there we said no, so they sent us into the office where we waited...and waited...and waited. Finally they say our rental is ready. Great! Great customer service got me set up in an RV explained everything (including all fees) no surprise. They took the time to explain how to use and operate all systems and info if had any issues. Staff were nothing but excellent. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Rented an RV from this location in October, we only had it 2days. Brought it back,got our deposit back and 2months later I'm getting toll charges,we never went through any tolls,so I'm pisssd. Now today I'm getting another charge from cruise America. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM CRUISE AMERICA AGAIN. And both the lady at the canyon lake and cruise America customer service were not helpful with anything.
