From not knowing what's going on, to having broken RV's, to the one supposedly good one dying, to messed up billing, and added on cleaning fees, all I can say is: DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Edit: 2 months later a surpise charge from them. Don't do business with cruise america, absolutley terrible company.
We rented a RV, they confirmed reservation and when we went to pick it up they said they have none!!! So 000 for customer service!!!
Pior empresa que ja aluguei motor home. Lugar imundo e o senhor que é o dono que tambem trabalha em uma mecanica é imundo e sem educação . Recomendo fugir desse estabelecimento.A Cruise America que tem banir eles da prestação de serviço. Recomendo a EZ Rental Depot que fica bem proximo e são excelentes no que fazem. FUJAM DESSE LUGAR
