The two guys that work in the office were great. super friendly. Everything went really smooth. No problems with the camper. There is a place right next to the rental office that you can fill up propane before you return which is super convenient. Over all great experience.
We rented the rv that sleeps 7 for a 1 week vacation. It was great! Nate and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place. And the rv makes camping for that long super comfy!
Absolutely terrible customer service. PLEASE rent and pick up through the Henderson location, not the Las Vegas one on Industrial. We had our RV booked for months and flew across country to start a family trip. Email stated pick up time was anytime between 1-4pm that Saturday. Got there at 340pm and all gates were locked and chained up. Called Cruise America and they got in touch with the manager who said they waited until 4, which was impossible because we were on the phone with cruise America before that.
