[UPDATE June 9 2026] I spoke with the Cruise America corporate support team who were quick to acknowledge this issues I encountered and they were very kind and helpful in getting the majority of the issues resolved, including a partial refund. Wildly unprofessional conduct and abusive language. My check in process with cruise America at this location was very smooth easy and the two people I worked with were polite and courteous. After I returned my vehicle, the next day I called this location about a couple very simple questions related to my final bill. Horrible experience. Dashboard was lit up with flashing lights the entire trip. Pressure gauge warning and engine warnings. Alignment on RV was horrible and there was old mess from past renters on the floor as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Dumped the waste at the campground before returning RV, but despite having meters to measure waste water, they charge me $60 because the dump cap wasn’t left open to “check” its empty, and they wouldn’t allow me to go open and show them it’s empty. We rented a 25' RV from Cruise America to drive around the Southeast for a week. We were not quite sure what we were getting into, but Jamie and the crew there were very helpful and explained everything we needed to know for the trip. The Check out and Check in of the RV went quick and smoothly with Jamie making sure to point out all the features of the RV, how to work them and what was expected of us when returning the RV.
