I had a very positive experience with Cruise America in Rock Hill. Bill and Savannah were very professional and friendly. As first-time renters, my husband and I had a lot of questions, and all were thoroughly answered. Will definitely rent again.

The RV itself was ok. Nothing super special but it was fairly new. No TV so we purchased a small one for the weekend. We had never rented an RV before and wanted to see how we liked the experience (it was fun and we will be doing it again in the future with another company). The campground was great (ocean lakes in Myrtle Beach) and we had fun. As first time RV renters it would have been nice if they had explained stuff like how to use the water hookup and empty the bathroom tank, we had to figure it out ourselves. My bigges... read more

Had fun at the campground but They charged another $54 for a "cleaning fee" because of "crumbs" They literally said "crumbs"!!! We cleaned it spotless for over an hour and still got charged more money when bringing it back. Not worth the time, effort and expense for nothing special. Definitely don't use Champion services in Rock Hill, SC or expect a BIG Cleaning FEE! We won't be back.

When we picked up the RV they were friendly and informative, the RV was clean. We got a great deal and were excited for our trip. The RV operated well and was perfect for what we needed it for. When we dropped it off everything went smoothly until we went to get gas across the street in one of our vehicles. We realized that the car wouldn’t turn over and went back to the RV place to see if they could help us. They had their mechanic tow our car and helped us get it running.
