Where do I begin. We picked up our RV two days ago for a cross country trip. Two days in and I am ready to turn around and go home. The fridge doesn’t stay below the safe zone for food and the front panel fell off when I opened it. The cabinets are missing screws and are wobbly. I had a very positive experience with Cruise America in Rock Hill. Bill and Savannah were very professional and friendly. As first-time renters, my husband and I had a lot of questions, and all were thoroughly answered. Will definitely rent again.

The RV itself was ok. Nothing super special but it was fairly new. No TV so we purchased a small one for the weekend. We had never rented an RV before and wanted to see how we liked the experience (it was fun and we will be doing it again in the future with another company). The campground was great (ocean lakes in Myrtle Beach) and we had fun. As first time RV renters it would have been nice if they had explained stuff like how to use the water hookup and empty the bathroom tank, we had to figure it out ourselves. My bigges... read more

Had fun at the campground but They charged another $54 for a "cleaning fee" because of "crumbs" They literally said "crumbs"!!! We cleaned it spotless for over an hour and still got charged more money when bringing it back. Not worth the time, effort and expense for nothing special. Definitely don't use Champion services in Rock Hill, SC or expect a BIG Cleaning FEE! We won't be back.
