This was our second time renting from Kingwood Cruise America. We simply cannot sing their praises enough. Vehicles are maintained very well. Pick up and drop off are smooth as can be! We cannot wait until our trip again next year. Thank you!!
Our pick up, orientation, and drop went very smoothly. Our unit had lots of miles on it and definitely needed a tire alignment and a tire pressure sensor needed replacement. Other than that, everything functioned well on the camper. We enjoyed our camping experience!
AC IN CAB doesn't work when stop, had to replace two tires took forever, they don't call you back. Never use them again.
Great experience. Randy is the best, too.
