I would give this place zero stars if it was possible. RV was not in great conditions. The AC unit stops working at random times. The wiper blades weren't working. The furnace for the heat wasn't working then the water heater stopped functioning. I had to replace the wiper blades the light bulbs on the headlights because they went out and Randy advised that he would give me a refund for this. Achtung- der Camper kommt fast nackt, es fehlt an Allem: Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Verlängerungskabel, Gewürze, Saucen, Fussmatte!!!, Besen, Handfeger/Schaufel, Klopapier, Schneidebrett. Die auf Bestellung geliehenen Laken sind zu kurz! Fürs hintere Bett gehts noch, aber für vorn: keine Chance. Bei Walmart gibts Spannbettlaken für Kingsizebetten, sowas braucht ihr. 35,- Dollar... achtet darauf, daß alle Sensoren korrekt anzeigen (bei uns waren die fürs Dumpwater defekt, zeigte ständig 'voll' an). We had a great experience. Randy is the best, he was indeed helpful and kind during the check-in and comprehensive with our delay during check-out... The whole trip was a memorable experience, Cruise America was always there for us.
