Great friendly service
I rented a 30 foot RV from Cruise America and there was a "special event deposit" of $3000 besides for the regular $500 deposit and when we returned the RV they said that "everything was perfect" except the bathroom (which they gave us full and are even trying to charge us a dump fee) besides for the fact that they gave us a half broken RV with random walls popping out cabinets broken etc. they said they will give us the money back in 2-3 business days and then they only gave us $741 and each call center sends me back to the... read more
