Highly recommend! We had a great experience for our first RV rental with Cruise America in Billings. They coordinated a shuttle from the airport and were right on time, signed us in and we were on the road within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service from booking to check out. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We rented a Cruise America RV in California and had many issues. We decided to stop in the middle of our trip at this rental location. A sweet and handy employee tinkered with a few things and did everything he could to get us back on the road in working order. Cruise America has been extremely problematic but the employees at this location are fantastic!

RV wasn't clean and the refrigerator didn't work off generator. Hot water system was shut off and the shore power connection had issues. Lost a day my vacation trying to troubleshoot in Yellowstone with no cell coverage. All these issues should have been caught before renting the vehicle out. I complained to the owner who blew me off and told me "at least you were with your family" when I asked for a day's rental fee back. We have rented lots of RVs with Cruise America, but we never experienced such a brilliant service aa we had in Billings. The instructor, Mr.Scott Schmitt, explained everything extremely exact, without any hurry and very friendly. The RV was in perfect condition, very very cleen, like new! Thank you Scott for your patience and kindness!
