We came to Austin’s Cruise America location to take a look at an RV looking into purchasing but the service was horrible, the person in the office was completely disinterested in any help. We are still looking into purchasing but absolutely not from this location. We will look for a different location for our purchase.
Recommended location for pick up and drop off. The RV was in good shape, we had no issues. Very friendly service.
Had a great experience renting an Rv from Cruise America they made the process super easy and explained with details highly recommend this company .
Great service received from Alicia! We have travelled for almost 5.000 miles to Yellowstone National Park and many other cities, the vehicle ran very wall. Thank you!
Can’t fault them. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the RV was immaculate!
