New to RV-ing and Cruise America. This trip was on my bucket list, so we rented a C25 for 23 days. we visted 10 states The bucket list main states were South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, Colorado and 6 National Parks. After almost 4900 miles our journey ended. Mike, at the St Charles location made the trip meet our 5 star expections. Mike was able to provide us with a new 2025, C25. Mike and Jim are great! I have never rented an RV before so I was a little skeptical and these guys took care of my family and I. My kids have not stopped talking about the trip since we got back. If you love dogs you will love this place as well. The RV was super clean and we had no issues. We traveled as a group of 5 in the large RV in July 2025.
I rented an RV from here this summer and my experience was great!! The RV was ready for us, it was perfectly clean (smelled good too) and everything went very smoothly!! I will be renting from them again next summer!!
I have rented from numerous Cruise America locations and this one is the best. Another location nearby almost ruined my trip but Mike in Saint Charles was able to figure something out for me and save the entire trip. The RV itself was great. Super clean and no issues. Having rented before I thought I knew everything but Jim was super helpful in making sure all my questions were answered. Cruise America should have these guys teach their other locations how customer service should be. I cannot recommend them enough. Next time... read more
2 stars because the RV ran good and got us to our destination. 3 stars off because almost nothing in the RV worked and we returned the unit with more propane than we left with, and everything else at the levels it was supposed to be returned. They still charged us $75 on return, but cannot give us a reason why. With the stove not working, the A/C barely cold enough to make a difference, and a "fresh" water tank that smelled so bad, we couldn't even use it, they should be giving us some sort of refund, not charging us a myste... read more
