I called this place 14 times over the course of several days. Left messages, no one returned my call or anything. I made a reservation, but was trying to get a hold Of someone to see about picking up earlier. That was it.. very simple question. I called one final time and the lady who answered was extremely rude. So I called corporate.. corporate informed me because I made a complaint against them they won’t rent to me nor will they give my deposit back. So 300 they basically stole. The customer service before we picked it up was unacceptable, called and left messages 5 times, no answers, no call back. Called the 6th time, a woman answered and was extremely rude. But when we picked it up. The guy that helped us was the best, they should let him run the business Always! The inside was clean, but the outside was filthy. We will not be using them again.
The refrigerator never got cold, the a/c kept freezing up and we were in Florida heat so it was necessary to have both. The showers are dangerous since there is no place to dry off and step into safely. I obviously would’ve purchased a mat had I known but we were renting so we didn’t have any info as to what we needed in that regard.
Never got out of the gate! Reserved my RV through corporate. The gentlemen took care of me. He was excellent! Contacted this location several times with questions and every time I spoke to the owner she couldn’t be bothered. I annoyed her. The day prior to my pick up today, I called again with questions and once again she was put out. I actually confronted her and told her that her customer service skills were horrible. The kindest guy helped us out & gave us the best experience possible. Pick-up & drop-off couldn’t have been easier, the young man working provided excellent customer service. I wish I got his name so I could include it in this review! We will definitely be back next year thank you again
