Renting an RV from here for a week and we’ve had nothing but problems. Generator wouldn’t stay on, fridge wouldn’t stay on. Shower is completely unusable. It’s been raining and the roof is leaking all over including on the beds (both of them) completely soaked all our bedding. The toilet alone is up so high you can’t reach it and no step to get up to it. The bedroom has a step right at the end of the bed and I’ve fallen off multiple times. This is my second year in a row renting from Cruise America in Shelbyville KY. The RV ran great and was comfortable. They’re very friendly and professional and I will be renting from them again next year for Louder than Life.

Rented an RV from Shelby at the Shelbyville, KY location. Absolutely perfect experience. RV was in good condition and clean. Shelby was great and easy to work with checking in and out. Will definitely use them again. Evidently they have new management that is doing much better than previously.
