Rented the RV in Anniston. The black and gray tank cap was stuck and would not open. I laid in the mud to try to open it. Specifically stayed at a campground the last night of the rental, so I could empty the tank. Since I couldn’t open it, I returned it without emptying the tank. The man at the rental place couldn’t open it until he got a huge wrench. I did not have a tool like that with me. Even though the cap was stuck, they still charged me the fee to empty it.
Excellent experience with the staff, and vehicle. A great memory created with the family.
What a fabulous experience! Mia @ the Phoenix location was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our trip beyond memorable. Would definitely use this location and company again!
