Google really needs an option for NO stars!!! Our Christmas RV rental from Cruise America in Anniston, AL, was a nightmare. The cooktop never worked, but we tried to make the best of it. Then, the heater broke on Christmas Eve during freezing temperatures. Roadside assistance offered to buy us a heater, but after running around town, we found none available.
