We were thrilled to pick up the RV to start our vacation. When the RV was brought out to us its was filthy. The floor was covered in muddy footprints and grit that was dragged in by the man showing us the unit. I told him that I see they don't mind leaving me a mess but I was sure they would charge me for the same! There were 2 drawers that wouldn't close all the way so we had to tie them shut.
