Fabulous experience from start to finish. This was our first time in a motor home. The gentle instruction at pick up made this easy to do. The vehicle was new and clean enough at pick up. Read your contract. Drop off included a deduction for use of the generator, etc.... but we knew this going into it. (Many renters end up upset at the end.) Staff were courteous and helpful. Great experience!!!
Loved our trip! Renting with this facility made it simple and less stressful! Will absolutely do it again!
Awful experience. Customer service is BAD! The RV is disgusting. A/C didnt work. Generator battery sparked and started smoking. No help from customer service. Fridge smelt awful and had mold in it. When I brought it up to the employee he offered no help in fixing this issue. I will need another RV in November and I am definitely going elsewhere.
Had a great experience and great time with the RV 25 ft. The rental place reps were very accommodating with us on the information needed for renting and using the rv. We would rent from them again.
DO NOT BUY WITH THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH NOT GETTING BACK HOME IN TIME & YOUR CONCERNS BEING DISMISSED IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM. For us it was carbon monoxide and car fumes entering the van causing us to get sick. Pure negligence when inspecting the vehicle as a part was not put in correctly causing the gas to enter the vehicle and ignoring our concerns with traveler’s assistance.
