From not knowing what's going on, to having broken RV's, to the one supposedly good one dying, to messed up billing, and added on cleaning fees, all I can say is: DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Edit: 2 months later a surpise charge from them. Don't do business with cruise america, absolutley terrible company.

We rented a RV, they confirmed reservation and when we went to pick it up they said they have none!!! So 000 for customer service!!!
