The staff are very friendly and informative and gave me alot of tips and tricks that helped me on my trip! there was just this younger lady who seemed very lost and couldnt answer any of my questions but besides that, great place!!
We had a great experience with Cruise America. The communication was excellent, the RV induction was very good, and the RV itself was easy to drive and use. Our RV was very well used, with 70k+ miles on the clock, and you could feel that as you drove. but overall, a great experience. The checkout was also easy and painless.

Ya no pudimos realizar el viaje con el RV ya que había lugares con mucho frío y no teníamos la certeza de poderlo hacer por el congelamiento del agua, las llantas del Rv no están preparadas para nieve hielo y tuvimos que cancelar y hacerlo en coche y en hoteles. Pero siempre tuvimos muy buen servicio y el reembolso de lo pagado
September 2025 - great service from CA Duluth, the couple that we picked the van up from were very helpful. The van was really clean and all of the kits were in perfect condition - crockery, bedding etc. thank you for providing a van for our trip of a lifetime across the USA
