Ya no pudimos realizar el viaje con el RV ya que había lugares con mucho frío y no teníamos la certeza de poderlo hacer por el congelamiento del agua, las llantas del Rv no están preparadas para nieve hielo y tuvimos que cancelar y hacerlo en coche y en hoteles. Pero siempre tuvimos muy buen servicio y el reembolso de lo pagado

September 2025 - great service from CA Duluth, the couple that we picked the van up from were very helpful. The van was really clean and all of the kits were in perfect condition - crockery, bedding etc. thank you for providing a van for our trip of a lifetime across the USA

I had a great experience at Cruise America – Manassas, VA. The staff were excellent — friendly, cooperative, and very helpful. Every person I dealt with was professional and made the process easy. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and had no issues at all during my trip. Just one small note: the front body panel could use a bit of adjustment or tightening, but overall everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Picked up a 25' RV in Anchorage for a drive to Everett, WA. The checkout was flawless; the store was ready for us and we were on the road with no hassles whatsoever. We've rented with CruiseAmerica before and have come to expect what we get; a well used rental vehicle. As a result there were some minor issues that we dealt with on our 10 days with the rig, but still a great trip.

RV was in good condition but had a problem with the shower so we couldn't use it. We were compensated for that. Still, a great experience and highly recommended. I'll use Cruise America for my next RV trip as well!
