Overall we give our rental four stars. However, if my husband had not been a plumber I'm not sure how things would've gone. The shower head was leaking once the water was added. Once that was fixed we found more water issues. Pipes had frozen which created leaks in four spots including the shower valve cartridge. We did call first before making repairs. We were reimbursed for parts and labor. This was our third rental and it was the cleanest unit we've rented so far.
Rental process was simple and straight forward. Had some minors issues with RV but the customer service employees made it easy to deal with.
We rented a RV from another cruise america Station and had several issues with it. The team was very helpfull and fixed most of them on very short notice and very short time. Since the most severe issues are now fixed you could say they saved our trip. Thanks a lot!
