Rented an RV for a week from this location and had no complaints! The people we rented from were awesome and explained everything and the RV was clean and new. Drove from NC to NJ and back. Highly recommend.

This was by far the worst RV rental experience we’ve ever had. We rented this RV for a very important reason my mom recently suffered a serious stroke and couldn’t fly, so my wife and I rented an RV to transport her safely and comfortably. Unfortunately, the RV had problems from the beginning. At pickup, the tire pressure warning light was already on, but I was told it was just a malfunction. Very professional customer service from start to finish. The good- RV was spacious, we made it adaptable for s wheelchair user my dad with a portable ramp and stair chair. Door was 22 inched wide! Hook ups were well explanied and easy to use. The nice young man was very helpful as he gave us the intial tour. They were kind and accommodating. My dad and I use wheelchairs, there was enough space to store 2 wheelchairs and a stair chair under the RV. Plus we had our supplies, luggage and medical equipment. It fit our needs and ... read more
Please be aware this is no reflection on this specific location or the nice people that worked there, but Cruise America as a company. We have rented from Cruise America 3 times over the past 20 years and every time it's awful. The first rental was a one-way and they gave us the most horrible RV they had. The microwave was broken, the side mirror fell out. Everything was filthy and it smelled like semen and i found garbage under the mattresses.
