Arrived to pickup RV and signed all the paperwork. Then went to look over the unit. It had some serious damage to the rear. Pictures available. If renters are required to have insurance, why had this unit not been repaired before re-renting? Why did they not warn us about the damage before we drove all that distance?? We refuse the unit and was told that the only replacement had no AC. No discount was offered. Just “take it or leave it”. Handoff at the end of our trip was east and straight forwards. We had very few issues with our RV - reliably and easily took us wherever we wanted to go (Utah, Arizona, Colorado,New Mexico, Texas). Carrollton depot immediately sorted our single issue after the hot showers stopped - the same day, and Dallas made finishing the trip very simple. Would definitely do again!

Received a newer model and was great for the kids. The gentleman who helped get into the RV was clear and informative. I had a few questions i was confused on but he was able to clear it and answer all questions. I can imagine there may be some older models but luckily we were there early and received a pretty nice one. No issues on the road and she held up like a champ. Thanks

We've only had the RV for 5 days and nothing works. The water heater has stopped working, the stove top only has one functional burner, the bathroom wall is literally falling off the wall with exposed nails and staples, the propane gauge was broken and therefore we didn't know we were totally out and ran out of heat in 30 degrees weather with 4 small children in the car. This is unacceptable especially for the price we are paying.
