I lived at Cruise from the time they opened in 2013! Just moved out and couldn’t recommend a better place to live if you want to be in the city. John and Karl are wonderful! I would come back and rent at Cruise in a heartbeat! I only moved because I needed to be closer to my family to help them.
I recently moved out after spending three years here, and I would live here again or recommend it to a friend. The location is truly the standout feature with the park being so close. Especially in the summertime with jazz in the park and the farmers market within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I lived at Cruise Apartments with my family for over a year and had a great experience. The residents were really nice, friendly, and respectful, which made it a pleasant place to live. Karl, the property manager, is amazing—always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. The property is very dog-friendly, which we really appreciated, and the gym was one of my favorite amenities—clean and well-equipped. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it.
I lived at Cruise for two years. It was truly a great experience! Lots of parking, very affordable, great amenities, and only one block from city park. You can't beat it. I lived here 2019-2020. Great spot with wonderful staff. They always treated me fairly and put on great get togethers. Owned by a smaller entity, so they really care about the residents. I miss the creepy blue stairwells.
