This should be the standard that other medical practices are measured by. Everything about the experience was excellent. The front desk, the nurses, Dr. Cruff, scheduling, pre-op screening, post-op… the entire staff is great. All friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I definitely recommend this practice.

I was terrified of the surgery I was getting. Dr. Cruff and the other staff were absolutely amazing. They let my husband stay with me before and after the surgery for as long as possible and they explained every process, both pre and post surgery. If I had any concerns post surgery about infection they would get me in very quickly. They answered any questions or concerns I had, which caused me to not have so much fear of the surgery.

Dr Cruff operated on a large hernia in my left groin Dec 5. He and his whole staff during the operation and follow up were truly profesional caring and treated me as a loving family member.The operation was a success and I experienced nothing that would be considered other than normal recovery. I highly recommend Dr Cruff to anyone needing surgery. Thanks to all who I came In contact with during the procedure.Laurie Watson
