Awesome facility, awesome staff
Ryan has created a warm, energetic, and safe space for all ages to come workout. I joined his adult small group sessions and it was wonderful to get more 1 on 1 training for someone who hadn’t been in the gym for a while. He makes workouts fun! This was huge to get me motivated to be there especially if it was an early morning session. Ryan is also so knowledgeable, he was able to adjust and tweak workouts that caused strain on an open shoulder injury. Can’t say enough about Ryan and the rest of the team at Crucible Performance! Their knowledge and commitment are unmatched. They treat all of their clients as if they are the only person in the gym. The support and motivation keep you going. You feel like family and miss being there.
Amazing team of trainers and a great gym! Professional, motivating, and very knowledgeable. They make workouts effective and customized. Highly recommend!
