Crucible has been an absolute game-changer for my kids. When I started coming to Crucible I was feeling exhausted, my body hurt and I had a hard time getting up from sitting on the floor. I am one who has never stayed with an exercise routine. We love Crucible! We started with Coach Ryan back when Crucible originated with our older son - that experience had a lifelong impact on him and for that reason we could not wait for our youngest to reach the age where he could go as well.
