I’ve brought my truck to Crucial the past 4-5 years, any time something major happens, and I’m always happy with the communications from Chris, Joel and the over-all quality, speed of their work. Will continue bringing my truck there.
Dropped off my 2022 duramax for some “special renovation“ and a tune. Truck sounds and runs fantastic. Nice growl to the exhaust note. No blowing big black clouds. Completely satisfied with the job and workmanship. Prompt service and truck was competed ready to be picked right on the expected time. Performance is more than what I thought I’d get which really puts on a smile. Thanks to Chris and staff.
