The only good thing i can say is the work they did stayed together. Will never get another dime from me. They were supposed to do some checks to make sure the engine was good, I doubt they did anything since they were done in record time. They were supposed to replace the exhaust manifolds, up pipes, remove all emissions equipment, replace exhaust with a 5 inch straight pipe and put a tune on it. I had my Dodge 3500 in for wheel bearings and upper and lower ball joints. While it was there, I called last minute about another issue I had just discovered—worn driveshaft U-joints that were making noise. Chris and the crew at Cruishal Diesel were able to fit the extra work into their schedule and get everything completed the same day. Tried to get work done on 2 different trucks now. They can’t even bother to answer the phone or call back. Can sylvan not get a good diesel shop?
