I had a very upsetting experience at Crucial Beauty. The owner/management made serious and unfounded accusations against me and were entirely untrue. They have zero professional ethics and took a hostile role in publishing my private information, criminal charges and a hefty lawsuit could be my next route i take with this business. With the highly unprofessional behavior of this business I can not recommend a place that treats people this way.
