the dispatchers are rude every holiday they take advantage of people. the dont treat their drivets well.

Personally, rating this 5 stars for how they treat the consumer, the customer, which is much better than it's competition. Before my brother passed, he took CRT and they treated him great..safe transport, etc. I worry more about THAT, than how they treat their people. Like every other biz ANYWHERE, if you do the job right, you get treated fine..if you dont...well..
They treat there drivers awful,seen them embarrass one of there own drivers and had her in tears,and they laughed about it.
