I contacted CRST to have my toolbox moved from California to Michigan. The person I was in contact refused to give me a phone call to get things sorted out. I had days wasted, due to poor communication. My toolbox was severely damaged, and tried to submit a claim and still could not get a courtesy phone call. I then received a large bill from the company they contracted to move my toolbox after I prepaid with CRST! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE... I was with this company for 4 months, and it was a nightmare since getting my truck... I got to the training center and went through orientation with no issues.. I was promised a sign on bonus, but when it came time to pay, they claimed I was never promised one. Then I had to drive for Iowa to PA to get a truck once on the truck. i had no fuel, and the fuel card did not work. One of their drivers swerved into my lane (left lane) cutting me off and causing me and other people to slam on our brakes to keep from colliding into him. When we approached the same red light, he proceeded to get in the opposite lane (right lane) and turned right. So he didn’t even need to be in front of me in the left lane in the first place.
