Im in the process of selling my home and had called crozier due to their reviews to come service my furnace before listing. The staff for booking the appointment were great and very helpful, however the technician who came to my home red tagged my furnace and was very vague in his explanation. He said he didn’t want his license on the line and he was not a certified technician for my unit so he was putting the red tagged on. Would highly recommend. Great customer service both on the phone and in person. They had a tech come to my house to work on my furnace the same day, which was very helpful as it was a time sensitive issue.
I am a new client of Crozier Heating. I scheduled routine service for my furnace. The staff was very courteous and accommodating when arranging the appointment. The technician arrived at the scheduled time. We were very impressed with the service and attention to detail. I had to arrange a subsequent appointment for my AC and they were able to arrange the appointment right away. The technicians were courteous and explained what repair was required. I would highly recommend Crozier Heating.
