Crozier installed our new furnace and air conditioner 2 years ago. The staff are amazing ..right from the time you talk to them on the phone to the work day arrival and departure… They stay in touch, you can hear a smile on the phone …they are always available..even in the dead of winter in the middle of the night when it’s not even an issue with their products.. I strongly recommend using Crozier for their quality of work, their follow up and their incredible customer service.
Wonderful service from Crozier! We had a new furnace/AC installed a few weeks ago. Communication was excellent, perfect start up of equipment and the technicians were friendly and very helpful explaining the new system. All areas of our home were kept very clean. Would highly recommend!
We had no air conditioning and I had a health issue. The technician arrived in “5” min and had it fixed within an hour. Fantastic service. Everyone was polite and so considerate. Would recommend them over and over
This is the second install that we have had done by the crew at Crozier and we have been truly satisfied with both installs, I would highly recommend using their services, it is refreshing to get a live person answering the phone line not a call center.
