My daughter has two ear surgery done by him he is amazing at what he does!
Dr. Crozier has now put tubes in all three of my children. He is quick, he is thorough, and he listens to me. He has great follow up, and his office and staff are wonderful. To the worried/anxious moms who are searching frantically for reassurance on your child’s possible future ENT doctor: Dr. Crozier will take care of them! My mom told me this guy was rude and condescending to her so she asked me to go with her. She's not wrong. He called her a drug seeking patient and he jumped up from his seat pretty heated and told her he would give her no pain meds for her ear which he told her would drain on its own. She's been dealing with the fluid in her ears for years. Dr. Crozier was one of the finest doctors that I ever seen. In the beginning I planned to go to a Hospital in MN to have the tumor removed from my parotid gland. I am glad I went back the second time to talk to Dr. Crozier, I received world class care close to home. He took time to visit, explain and help me understand. He is the most uncaring Dr. I have ever seen. I have had ringing in my ear since hitting my head in 2018. I was told my dizziness was not from my ears and nothing could be done for the ringing. I googled possibilities for treatment and found 4 on one page. His staff told me I qualified for a devise to help but he told me several times nothing could be done.
