Things were very well explained as to the process that was taking place today. The hygienist was friendly and made me fill at ease as well as explained the options I had though out the visit. The billing process was confusing but I'm sure our questions will be answered in the near future.
Dr. Taylor took my concerns very seriously and spent a lot of time fixing my problem. It is wonderful to have a dentist I trust and can rely on to care for my teeth. The staff was quick to call and offer me an earlier appointment when they had a cancellation.
I felt very comfortable while being there. The only thing I feel could be improved is to make sure everyone is on the same page. I was told one price and charged a different. That was a little upsetting. However, overall it was a pleasant experience.
Love Crozet Family Dental! Everyone is professional, they are excellent at what they do, they are friendly and happy! A wonderful experience and I'm always at ease .

Love the people at Crozet Dental and the cleaning and oral exam were exceptional.
Went into visit Dr. Willis for a tooth that had broke, after looking at it he recommended to crown the tooth then offered placing a bridge instead to fill the space in front of it,the process was explained so clearly by Dr. Willis, his assistant and even the front desk ladies explaining my insurance coverage for each procedure. I agreed to the bridge and Dr. Willis along with his staff worked through their lunch to finish my procedure so I wouldn't have to come back for multiple appointments. I had my first appointment at Crozet Dental. First, the front office was so friendly. I was having some insurance issues which they helped me clear up so my dental visit would be covered. My appointment was right on time. I found the hygienist to be professional, thorough and very friendly. The dentist explained some follow up treatment that I needed. I'm happy that I chose Crozet Family Dental and will be taking my kids soon! Would highly recommend.
My dental hygienist was efficient and friendly. I hope to see her again.
