Dr. Copeland was very nice during my first visit he gave good insight and made a plan for my case. Sophia at the front desk was extremely helpful with my test results and so kind explaining the next steps.
It's been over 3 weeks and he still hasn't given me back my test results. Nor does he pick up the phone, answer his messages, and when my procedure was finished he didn't talk to me at all about the results of my procedure. Do not go to him, he is not professional.
I arrived for an appt, that there’s no record of being. Scheduled it 10 days out. I waited for less than 10 minutes and walked out with some ease of mind.
