Mr Croy’s troubleshooting found the problem. He had the replacement party’s on the truck. The issue was remedied in a short order and at a fair and reasonable price. Terrific service.
I wouldn't dream of having any other company take care of my home heating and air. We have been using Croy's for years, and their service is awesome! We just had our heat go out and Croy's had us up and running as fast as possible. They have always given us a fair price and always found the best solution and saved us money on repairs. My very expensive Lennox Thermostat went out right before a cold snap. I called the installing dealer and was quoted nearly 1200 dollars to replace it. I called Croy's who has done system installs for me in past. Todd went out of his way to accommodate me and he got our system back up and running for a third of what the other guys wanted. Thanks a million for the great service.
