VERY POOR customer service at Croydon Toyota Service. We booked online and received a confirmation, but when our driver arrived, they denied having any booking. Even if it was a system error, we should have been notified that you can’t take major service in the middle of day. My driver was treated poorly, and when I called to follow up, the staff were unapologetic and unwilling to take responsibility. As I am second language of English so my speaking is not perfect enough and after I done booking with them for my car service, They talked about my speak and they laughed Zero star Poor service and never go to them.
