Tried to order leaf spring king pins for 76 series cruiser. Was told that they cant order a part without a build date. Build date does not matter, there is only one size/style for a 76 series. I recomend that all spare parts enquiries go though a dealership with COMPETENT parts interpreters, as yarra valley toyota croydon does not seem to hire them
Tried calling twice to get some info on purchasing another van for our business. The first time I was shuffled around on the phone and no one could help me, the second time a week later or so later I was put through to someone who had no idea about any of the basic questions I had and showed very little customer service / phone manner that you’d expect from not only a new car dealership but Toyota. I’ll be purchasing from somewhere else.

This dealship has changed dramatically. Not for the better either. Use to he run by people who lived in the area, were part of the community and would go beyond there means to help in any possible. Since being taking over by an South Australian company they have lost touch with the local community. My whole family has bought cars from the sale team there and there was allways a deal to be done there in the past.. As other people has stated. there is NO deals to be found at this dealship now.
