This is my first semi negative review. I don't like doing them at all as I don't like to be critical. However it was extremely hot sitting on the few chairs in the waiting area. It had the full sun and it was only a mild day. Others waiting also had the same problem and were trying to shift seats to the only two that were not in the sun. Although I understand that the receptionists are busy, they could be more friendly. I stood at the desk for what seemed like ages before anyone even acknowledged me.
