I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Mouna Hachichou, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Hachichou was calm, professional, and very reassuring throughout the entire procedure. She clearly takes pride in her work and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed at every step. The front desk staff were also outstanding—welcoming, kind, and attentive, both when I arrived and when I was leaving. It’s rare to feel genuinely cared for in a clinical setting, but this team delivered that experience.
This office is very different to any dentist office I have been too. I have had some anxiety about getting procedures done. And they have walked me through every step and given me options with our without sedative. Being able to have the choice and a dentist that cares says a lot. All of the front team are also very kind, attentive, and listen to your needs. They won’t steer you wrong. if you are on the fence about finding a dentist, I would highly recommend this office. The kindness, attentiveness and interactive communication of the Croydon Dental staff always makes me feel welcome and recognized as a valued client.
