I called last Thursday when my husband noticed our HVAC unit had quite a bit frost on the inside parts. Your company sent Herbie out right away, within minutes he diagnosed the problem and had the office order the parts. Herbie instructed us how to still use the heat until the part came in, due to freezing temps outside. I received a call on Tuesday that the part was in and Herbie came right over to fix it. I needed my HVAC system checked and prepped for winter. The technician showed up on time and was very thorough and explained what he did. The downside was he forgot shoe coverings. He did apologize but there was mud on a white rug and spots in one bedroom and kitchen. He did a great job on the system, forgot to take the extra step for great customer service. I would consider using CHAS again.
