I had a bad experience with these people.
I saw a vehicle listed and contacted Jason Carr about it. I asked for the best price on it. He told me I needed to come in to look at it and get the price. I explained to him that I was a 2 and a half hour drive and would like the price before I drove over. Jason stated he would check with the sales manager and obtain the lowest acceptable price for it. 4 and a half hours later he tells me the price. This business needs serious improvement in the aspect of customer service. I have had multiple dealings with the service department and not a single one could be labeled anything close to satisfactory. I have purchased 1 vehicle in that time frame and that was the only friendly experience I had.
